looking for a reasonable easy fix to fix cracked flex up pipes on back of turbo

Depending on where the break is a good muffler guy could weld it. Other wise replacement is the only other option I know of.

is there a better way to remove it than removing the turbo

Remove the cab, remove the engine, remove the turbo, or remove the transmission. Pick your poison.
