same old story ,egr delete now low power

to start off the truck had lost power, ok i had to clean the egr once before to fix it, after reading the forums i decided to delete the egr and cooler per the write up thats posted, and clean the turbo. I did that and the delete worked out good, the turbo cleaned up good. started right up ,idled good reved up good ,no leaks done,nope still has no power . took the turbo
off for the third time to check again the only thing that i can see is when i set the ring on the side with the actuator stud and spin it from one side to the other it takes a little bit of push to get it to let go when the stud is at either end of the slot, so i cleaned around that good and cleaned inside the housing got it working as good as i could , put back to geather ,drove it thought it was all good,nope after setting over night when i started to drive ,no power then all of a sudden power kicked in , but when it did cel light comes on (2262) no boost reset the light and the same thing happens every time,when start up and go. no power up to 2500+ in 1st
then power like it boosted up all at once and cel light comes on, I replace map sensor and vgt solenoid, and the exhaust sounds differant and shift points are different but then sometimes it runs and shifts like it should but usually only after it kicks in wboost all of a sudden, i dont have a boost gauge right now , but it seems like the turbo is irradic
does this sound familiar to any one else? any input is welcome and appreciated
