Recently bought an '04 F250 Harley Davidson Edition PSD. Recently replaced fuel filters and oil/filter. Drove it maybe 100-200 miles. Drove it home from work, parked it, next morning wouldn't start. Cranked and cranked until eventually, it fired up for about 5-10 seconds then died. wouldn't run again, batteries too drained.
Batteries are good, recharged for more cranking and testing and trying. Glow plugs are good (warm anyway). tuner says FICM voltage is 49 and logic power is 11-11.5. After cranking for a long time I get white smoke (completely unburned fuel). My tuner tells me I'm getting around 250 rpms when cranking (starter is good) ICP pressure jumps up to 1500, Duty cycle ~15%. Even tried started fluid, but to no avail. It will crank, sounding a bit "dry" but will not fire up. Any ideas, anything else I should be looking at?
