First..I'd like to say how do you get lucky enough for drive thrus to not tell you to turn your truck off? I swear if I'm going to taco bell, I have to turn off and restart my truck at least twice each time..3 times if they have a separate payment window.

2nd..I have a few theories, but I think this one is better for a tech to chime in on. I don't want you running around looking at things that could be perfectly fine, but could cause this problem so here's a

Didn't mean to sound like an @$$. Everytime I had air in my lines the truck would barely run. Sounded horrible..

I am very interested if anybody else has had this problem. It has been a recurring nightmare for me for several years on my 03 f350. 19 injectors, ficm, head gaskets, egr, icp, and a lot more stuff over the last 6 years. I have always tried to maintain this truck properly and yet I can't get the thing to idle right.
