Engine skip

When started up in the A.M. after sitting all night. Motor has a skip untill it reaches normal operating temps. Is this an injector starting to fail or a pressure problem. No CIL or codes present.

Thanks in advanced,

Probably a injector. While you are cruising at a constant speed does the truck miss?

Yes, but only till it gets up to operating temp 190-200F. Then the skip goes away.

ive had the same issue.

I used my friends snap on scanner to do an injector buzz test, everything shows perfectly fine (motor was at temp though).

Guess I need to try it cold

I had my truck in the shop a few weeks ago. I asked if there was any flashes that I should have on my truck, they said no. My truck has never been flashed. I believe the build date was mid summer 06
