06 New injectors with codes

My truck has 160k on it now with out any major issues. I've had head studs installed and a egr delete and it's been pretty reliable since then. I've been working out of town for the past 3 months and driving quite a bit, and started noticing some surging and missing on my injectors. I had it diagnosed and injector 4 and 6 were spiraticly missing. So I had a mechanic buddy come over and we put all new injectors in the truck. Before the injector replacement, the truck still ran good, just had a miss once in a while.. Now it runs like crap.. When starting cold, it acts like it is only running on 4 injectors, and idles up to 1k rpm all the time. Even when at ewt. And I have 5 codes that I've checked and even replaced the ICP sensor, and still nothing.. The codes that are being set are p0470, p0069,p0478,p2284,p2285. I do have a quadzilla race tuner with commander, but I totally unistalled it with the same codes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
