No power on cold start, Even in the summer, NO smoke

Any ideas on a cold start problem that occures after the engine has been sitting overnight, has very little power until the engine warms up. It has slight rattling but no smoke at all from the exhaust. once the engine begins to warm up power starts to build. the turbo can be heard spooling up but still not much power or smoke. once the engine warms up, power is good no problems for the rest of the day. The colder it gets overnight, the longer it takes for the engine to start building power.

You need to go to the dealer and have it flashed for this problem and that should take care of it.

Thax goose350 the dealer flashed 25 updates on the pcm, the truck starts and runs fine... i appreciate that, im not used to these coal burners, we build the 500hp + gas and blown engines, not diesel. Thanks again!
