hard start rough idle

my 03 6.0 psd is having starting problems and after cranking when it does start it idles and runs very rough, i am getting a U0105 code and have tried swaping the ficm with a spare and get the same code, when it does run it shows icp around 800 and reg is at 45%.

Also when cranking there is only 10 psi showing on the ICP, it has been swapped and codes reset and now getting a the same U0105 and now P0683 with the same reading form the sensor

After searching this site and getting a $2800 quote I decided to start troubleshooting myself and it turns out after doing a leak test and finding nothing i decided to tear into the HPOP which wasn't to bad, it turns out that the pump has almost seized and you can see a little metal debris inside of it and the screen on the ipr is perfectly clean.
So my question now is there anything else I need to replace or update while everything is apart other than the hpop, ipr, egr hose. Also do the oil rails under the valve covers need to be removed and cleaned??
