04 PSD 6.0 started running bad, injectors?

So almost a year ago my oil cooler and egr went bad.

Now in the last 3 months on cold starts it runs rough until it warms up. It will miss a little and once it warms up it will run smooth, however it's lost at least 30% power.

I ran some lucas oil injector cleaner and it actually ran better and started better. Second tank of it it started to run worse again.

Second question I looked at my shop manual and it calls for 6-8 hours to fix an injector. How hard is it to replace?

Thanks for your help, I am just looking now at older threads to see if I can find someone with the same issue, and or you all have helped before.
