FLUTTER ON DECEL.

I HAVE A 03 6L WITH 60K ON IT AND THE TRUCK STARTED TO FLUTTER ON DECEL. I HAVE TALKED TO A PRETTY GOOD FORD TECH AND HE SEEMS TO THINK THANK THE UNISON RING IS POSSIBLY STICKING ON THE TURBO. I PUT IN AN EGR DELETE KIT A LITTLE WHILE AGO. BUT THE TRUCK JUST STARTED DOING THIS.THE TECH SAID BECAUSE THE TRUCK IS LEARNING I SHOULD TRY RESETTING THE KAM(KEEP ALIVE MEMORY).CAN YOU DO THIS WITH A SCAN TOOL ONLY OR WILL DISCONNECTING THE BATTERIES ALSO DO THE SAME.HE SAID IF THIS DOESNT WORK THEN I SHOULD LOOK AT THE TURBO. THE TRUCK IS ALSO HAVING A TOUGH TIME SHIFTING USUALLY THE 3-4 SHIFT. BUT MORE SO ONLY WHEN PULLING.IS THIS RELATED TO MY ORIGINAL PROBLEM OR DO I HAVE MULTIPLE THINGS GOING ON. IVE ALMOST JUST ABOUT HAD IT WITH THIS TRUCK. NOT TO MENTION THE WIFE. ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED. ALSO THE TRUCK IS NOT THROWING Any trouble codes.
