Runs rough till warmed up??

Truck starts and idles fine. But when I take off it misses really bad and if i floor it, it sounds like it is banging out and it sound bad!!! After about 15-20 minutes and the truck is warmed up it runs fine. Only does it when truck is not warmed up. I have noticed small amounts of white smoke when I take off if I ease into the throtle. Smoke clears up if I get into it. Havent lost any coolent yet. Any help would be great. Truck has 104k on it. And I have extended warranty. I have sct on it with xtreme tune. Took tune off and truck ran just as bad.

Most common issue with this is injector stiction. This can be fixed with running lighter 10/30 cj4 oil, and taking to ford dealer for the "inductive heating flash"

it's a computer reprogram. You have to take it to Ford Dealer to have it done. It fixes this issue many times, but mind you, you may loose some mileage.

i took it in at the end of july due to hesitation. they first thought it was and injector. but then they re flashed it and and that fixed it. That hesitation was only noticable going up hills. Now the truck feals as if it is running off of 4 cyl.
