These head gaskets are a five layer laminated, SS. there could very well be no leak at no load/boost. head bolt failure. these symtoms sound very much like the early stages of 6.0 head gasket failure. although there is always the possibility of an egr cooler failure. five gallons of coolant in two days is a pretty significant loss. if there is no external leak while pressure testing, the only difinitive way to know for sure is to isolate the egr cooler from the rest of the cooling system, and pressure test. I wont post the procedure unless someone ask's, lol

the coolant isnt coming out the EGR cooler area - its all blowing out the recovery bottle - the resivouir. But only when under extended load.
