head studs without pulling heads

i have a newer engine that ill be installin and wondered if i could put heads studs in one at a time without taking the heads off and replacing the head gaskets? the existing gaskets are fine just want to upgrade the studs

I've heard this being done, but I've heard these come back with issues later on, I've never personally done this, but I would not recommend it. Too much has to come loose just to get to the heads.
