07 350 blue/white smoke on start up

She blows a little blue smoke then white when i start goin she just billows white. But when i plug the block heater in she runs great even in the mornings, does the block heater have anything to do with the EGR?

I just found out that i have the egr delete kit, If she is still blowing white smoke when shes cold what could it be? head gaskets? moisture?

An 07 6.0L with problems...I'll say it again...Man these things are pieces of $hit!!!!!
I'm guessing HG too but I'm no expert...could be almost anythig with this garbage engine...
