Unhappy Engine issue

Started having this issue last week and now it is considerably worse and almost undriveable.

Starts no problem. Engine sputters big time when accelerating and there is a lack of power. Boost gauge holds steady. Puking and going through a gallon of coolant per month. Was running Innovative’s Xtreme Street tune but returned it to stock and have the same issue. Livewire pulled codes: P0000, P1000, P0603, P132B.

04 6.0L – Build date per door vin sticker is 08/03.
Head studs and EGR delete done about a year ago
80,000 miles
Stock injectors, stock turbo

Thanks!

A sticky turbo isn't going to make it run like crap and consume coolant.

With the EGR delete kit from Outlaw Diesel in Oregon - up pipe, coolant hose and block off plate.
