Engine sneezing and black smoke...

Hi guys,
I was driving my stock 03 f350 6.0 as usual, and something happened while going uphill. my truck begin to "sneeze", like an inyector failure or something. There was a lot of black smoke. i was going gentle on the pedal, 1800 rpms. I pushed the pedal a little more, put something around 2500rpm more black smoke for a second and then nothing, everything was normal. when this sneeze happened, there was a noise like a vacuum.
Injectors are new and stock. changed'em 3000 miles ago. i plugged the truck and nothings seems to be wrong. this thing has happened 2 times in 3 weeks.

Any ideas where to look? what can be the problem?

thanks a lot.

arriero

PS: Sorry for my english......

search for EGR Cleaning and turbo cleaning. There are plenty of articles on it. Yes, pretty easy to do.
