2004 6.0 With Codes..

Does anyone have any idea what these codes might be? P0261 P0264 P0267 P0270 P0273 P0276 P0279 P0282.

My truck is hard to start but then runs fine after warm up.

Those are cylinder contribution codes. I would venture to say it sounds like your FICM is on its way out, and the sooner it's replaced the better, before it leaves you stranded.

In some research I have done the last few days I have read about the programming of a new FICM. Will my mileage or performance be effected by this new "Flash"? Some say they lost 5 mpg.

Your FICM needs to be replaced. Simple as that. And YES this WILL affect mpg.
