ICP bypass question?

Is there a way to bypass the ICP and see if the truck will start? I have a friend with an 04 F-350 and she is stuck right now. She has no way of pulling codes at the moment. Thanks.

She is getting it towed and going to pull codes. Anyone know what pressure the ICP should be showing?
