04 6.0 no start, start stall

got a 04 f-250 6.0 that will start for about a second and stall, lots of black smoke out the exhaust, checked for codes, had all 8 injector codes and random cylinder misfire, while cranking it wont build up an icp signal, any ideas?

Sounds like another FICM on a 6.0L bites the dust to me. What are your ICP psi and ICP volts readings at key-on/engine-off? What do both readings climb to when you crank the engine over?
