p 0263 #1 cyl contribution/balance fault

should i be worried if this code came up.?truck stumbles everyonce in a while at idle but it is barely noticable.
another symptom is when im driving normal the egt gauge has beeped vary quickly and i saw when it does that the egt's goto 1400 for a split second which is hard to even catch unless ur lookin at the gauge. it has an egr flow fault detected as well so im hopin that i can clean the egr and change the oil and see if it goes away..any other ideas? hopin its not an injector

A contribution code means that that particular cylinder is not carrying it's load for whatever reason. Bad injector, blah blah blah. I've seen everything from mis-firing injectors to trashed lifters (extreme case). You need someone with experience to check it out (not saying you don't have experience since I don't know you at all) as it could be minor or major.
