starving 6.0

i drove my truck to gas station about 2 miles and when i got home it was idleing and sounded like it was starving for air. i have a staight pipe exhaust so at idle it sounds like an airplane and it keep cutting in and out like it wouldnt spin turbo i dont know i just need some help any advice is great

you need to list some more info man, that doesnt really help much.

list your mods, year, did you just put the exhaust on?
