05 F-350 died, Won't Start

My 2005 F-350 just died tonight coming down a hill, like it ran out of fuel. Got her off the side of the road and checked what I could. Fuel in upper bowl, fuel cut-off switch good, fuel pump runs,fuses good. She cranks hard, just doesn't want to fire whatsoever. It was running fine up to that point. I pulled these codes from my edge programmer and there are 16 of them. I pulled the relay out to the PCM when I was looking at fuses, so I don't now if that triggered any of these codes.

P0261, P0264, P0267, P0270, P0273, P0275, P0276, P0279, P0282, P0528, P0606, P0611, P1378, P02290, U1055 and U0100.

From the reading I have been doing it sems that my FICM is toast. Can someone steer me in the right direction for troubleshooting this thing. In the morning I will check the STC fitting and see if there is oil leaking.

I was going to say check the oil in the HPOP. These motors are set up to shutdown if the oil gets too low. Hope this helps.

sounds like hpop to me also ,did it just quit or did you notice a little loss of power before it died
