Egr Problems

Ok a while back I had head gaskets, studs, EGR Delete done on my 06 F250, @ 2 weeks after being done check engine light came on:
P0401 Egr Recirculation flow insufficient detected, EGR Valve, EGR position sensor bias, EP Sensor bias
I talked to the mechanic who did the work he said to change the EGR valve so I did, 2-3 days later lights back on with same code.
Anybody got any ideas, also since having all the work done, truck seems to be down on power and no smoke what so ever even with accelerator pump tuned up to 200%, used to smoke like a freight train. Called the machanic he said to bring it in and he would look at it, just havent had time.
Any info is appreciated.

Best thing would be getting an sct, with the custom files they turn the egr off so you dont get that error.

any mods done to the EGR system on a 05^ truck will throw a code. The only way to disable the code is with a custom tuned SCT

with the delete like said before , depending on how its deleted , could still have a egr problem, and p0401 will always be there , want go away without custom tuning , that will take care of the right anyway , but if you are having running issues , give more detail on how egr is deleted is it just blocked off , if so then the valve can still open , several other things can happen, need to know more info

Home made delete kit, removed egr cooler, blocked up pipe, re routed cooling line.
My banks has a option which controls smoke 0-200%, it used to smoke like a freight train, now barely any smoke, seems down on power to. I know every one says to get a sct and I will soon, but for now its the banks or nothing, when I do get the sct I will by gauges to so I can monitor everything like I can with my pda, I may leave the banks on it with the sct just for the gauges and monitoring, I will just have to leave it on level 1 if I do. Dont really like all the gauges on the pillar so I will make that decision when the time comes.
