Whooshing sound coming from front left tire?

I have an 04 F250 and it has a whooshing sound coming from my front left tire when i start to slow down and brake. getting worse when i turn left. I took the truck to the dealer ship and they told me it was the hud/wheel bearing assembly .so i pick the truck up went straight home and replaced the hub and that didnt fix anything, any thoughts?

I thought of it might bring the ujoint but when the truck isn't in 4x4 the ujoint doesn't spin but the wheel still makes the sound
