Rear end vibration at low speed and turning.

I'm new here and I'm looking for help. I have a 2004 F-250 4x4 6.0 that has about 170K miles on it. It started having a vibration in the rear end at low speeds a couple months ago. I mainly notice it when turning but have felt it when going straight forward. It's not like a locker hop it's just a grinding/vibration only I hear no grinding. It's hard to explain! Lol. Any advice?
