Weird vibration

Driving around town today, and I hit a bump in the road, and all of a sudden had this weird vibration in my feet.. Then hit the next bump and it quit vibrating? Then probably 30+ bumps later it started again, but the next bump made it stop?

How is the steering stabilizer ?

Track Bar :
Ball joint
Bolt through end on frame mount. If there is play there it will give occasional shaking.
The front axle is moving around on you somewhere, could even be steering parts including play in steering box.
Start with getting someone in truck to move steering wheel back and forth looking for play.
Good Luck
