Vibration when in OD

I recently bought a 05 king ranch 6.0. I have been replacing parts: 4 glow plugs, glow plug harness thermostat, heater core, battery, fuel pump, starter and fuel filters looking for 100,1000,000 trouble free miles. I feel vibration when shifting into OD. I thought maybe the low rpms and a sticky caliper was the problem. Replaced rear calipers and vibration is still there. To get rid of the vibration I hit the tow button. The truck shifts out of OD and rides smooth? Any thoughts on tge vibration. Thank you in advance.
