Parking brake stuck?

I just got back home from dropping the kids off at school on the way home noticed the smell of burn metal and the truck was acting like it was being held back. I checked the parking brake since I used it this morning to warm the truck up with the high idle mod but the pedal was released. When I got home I had quite a bit of smoke and a lot of heat coming off the inside of the rear driver side tire. It looked like the smoke was coming from underneath the rotor but I can't be positive. Any ideas? Is my parking brake stuck? If so does anyone know how to free it up?

Well I did the only thing I could think of which was let cool for a bit, jack up the back end, and beat it with a hammer! lol Seemed to work too! At first I had to really muscle the tire to get it to move now it'll move with one finger. I also cycled the parking brake about ten times to try and loosen it up. I have to drive to class here in a couple hours so I'll be able to tell if everything is working after that.
