05 with loud hum. Bearings?

Just replaced my tires figuring they were getting worn and were causing loud noise from 10 mph all the way up. New rubber still makes the humming noise.

I'm thinking its the front wheel bearings, but don't wanna spend the money on the expensive bearing assembly and have it not cure the problem.

Also have a vacuum leak in ESOF on suspected side of the bad bearing.

The bearing assembly seems rather basic to remove and install. I'm a little confused on replacing "O" rings if needed.

This humming sound has been going on for several months.
