Need conformation that this is the correct part and bind issue

Hello all....2004 f250...all the bells and whistles engine wise...6in lift on 37's.

My first question is i notice my axial leaking behind the driver rear brake and was wanting to confirm that this part was what i need to fix the leak.

Second......the rear wheels are near impossible to turn by hand even when using the 37's as leverage.

No brakes are not dragging, i took them completely off rotor and all...AND yes it was in neutral....... no 4wd on.

When i spin the tires backward I literally have to muscle them and im no small guy by a long shot...spinning forward in maybe 10% easier......There is no free spin after moving not even a inch there that stiff.

no noise, binding, griding, clicking, heat, burning smells.....nothing i have no idea how long its been like this.

Only thing that was done is I changed my rear pinion seal and added fluid..nothing else.

I haven't dropped the axial yet to see if it the gears or transfer case, looking for ideas or tests to do.

Thank guys

-Kubic
