Vibration after brake job

Looks like my recent work caused more work again!

Yesterday I changed out my brake fluid (gravity bleed) and replaced my front brake pads. The slider pin on my driver side caliper was so badly siezed that I had to get a new caliper. After I buttoned everything back up, I have a firm pedal, and the truck stops smoothly. However....

When I engage the brake I'm now getting a vibration that is hard to localize, it seems like its coming from the middle of the floorboard near the firewall, but I can't really tell. It's present so a small degree if I let off the accelerator without touching the brakes, and becomes pronounced when I start braking. It is most significant when I'm stopped with my foot on the brake.

I remember seeing somewhere that pressing the pistons in on the calipers (which I did) may have an affect on the ABS system...

Probably a coincidence, but I also reinstalled my catalytic converter (I have a cat delete) so that I can get the truck smogged.

Any ideas?
