4x4 kicking on while driving

anyone have 4x4 kick on on while driving normally?? 07 350 supercab 32000miles. i have to stop and lock hubs, put in 4 wheel drive, take out of 4 wheel, and do the back up thing to disengage. it runs fine for a while then acts up again. dealer says they can find anyhting wrong of coarse. any feedback would be great. thanks

after researching a couple months back in the forums, it seems there are a ton of problems with these vaccum systems. putting two and two together, my truck really acts up with a/c on. especially today at 95 degrees and high humidity. it looks like i should go the warn route and bypass this auto locking system. I should have waited and got the shift on the floor. thanks
