Rear wheels hard to turn

Removed my driveshaft again to replace the same u join that went bad 2 years ago(at the rear if) then after jacking up my rear end to check things out I noticed it was extremely difficult to rotate my rear wheels(even after driveshaft was removed). I could do it with a lug wrench when removing the wheels but could not spin the drivers side by hand and the passenger side took a good bit of effort. Could this be bearings? Also I'm fairly certain that when I can get it to spin both tires are spinning, is this normal?

03.5 F250SD (6.0), 35" BFG A/T KO's, patched radiator, new rear driveshaft, new ICP sensor, 5" turbo back MBRP, AFE intake, SCT flash and EDGE Insight Touch Screen, BD Diesel Boots, Pro Comp Rear shocks with Dual Ranchos in the front, it's red.
