Ouch Smokin !!!! I paid 1650 bucks to swap out my TH350 to a custom built TH400 which included new HD drive shaft and universals.... Understand that included the tranny and the labor for them to put in the new rachet shifter... I just told them I needed a TH400 and shaft that could handle upwards of 600HP and 550 lbs of torque ...
