Check all the drive shafts for play especially the slip joints and double carden joints. My '05 Excursion needed the double carden joints replaced. When it was out they had to reweld the tube I had them add slip joint grease fitting and a greaseable u joints.
Physically get under the truck and rock / shake the components.
