Heavy vibration

Ok guys need some help on this one I have a 2006 cclb f250 just recently I've started to notice a vibration that mainly is noticeable and gets worse about 30-?? when im on the highway everything vibrates the mirrors, door panels and its
Just getting really annoying also if im going about 5-10 mph in teaffic and go to accelerate the steering wheel shutters (shakes real bad up and down) seems to be drivetrain related. My tires were shot so I put new tires on no difference my next step is to replace the u joints and replace the center support bearing has anyone had any same issue or heard of anything like this caused from u joints and center support bearing? Thanks

I have the same vibration but I don't feel it until about 60 on the highway. Did all the ujoints in the rear drive shaft and it's still there. Had the mid-ship bearing looked at and was told it was fine. Today it's in getting the entire driveshaft spun to check for balance... These things are tough to locate at times...

Check all the drive shafts for play especially the slip joints and double carden joints. My '05 Excursion needed the double carden joints replaced. When it was out they had to reweld the tube I had them add slip joint grease fitting and a greaseable u joints.
Physically get under the truck and rock / shake the components.
Let us know what it ends up being.
Thanks,
Deo
