6.0 brakes sticking trouble shoot master cylinder replacement?

hey guys, i just bought a 03 6.0 truck has fresh brakes all the way around including calipers pads rotors fluid etc. 2k in brake work was done the day before i bought the truck the brakes randomly start sticking i have to stop wait and then they unstick its not just one of the brakes this is happening with all four i figure ill try changing the master cylinder any other ideas? ive been out in the garage all day trying to change my master i have brake lines disconnected reservior is ripped out, two mounting bolts are out and this thing will not budge any tricks or anything i miss this is very frusterating.
