Track Bar mount broken?

Ok, so while we had my truck up on the lift going through ford repair hell.. aka rear main seal replacement, fan cluch replacement, brake servicing, hydroboost and master cylinder replacement (yes that all went out within a week), I was looking at the tie rods because I know the ends need replaced, and noticed that my lower track bar mount was sheered off (surprisingly the handling hasn't really been off noticeably). I've attached pics...first the heck did this happen? I have never seen that. Sure I do some offroading while hunting/fishing, and go mudding every once in a while, but nothing that should have put that kind of strain on it. Second question is what to do? A little worried a weld won't hold, but the damn thing is welded onto my frame...any ideas? Thank you for the help.
