Clunk question?

I was wondering if anyone could help. I have an 04 Excursion 4x4. I had a vibration in the rear end area and finally got that fixed. It had a roar and vibration at around 65mph. I found out that the Axle wedges were put in backwards. That took care of 90 percent of the problem. Then a new Drive shaft was installed. That took care of the problem 100 percent. This was the second dealer I took it to and they finally figured it out for me. The first dealer changed the rear end guts twice, thinking that was where the noise was coming from. That didn't work. Anyway I just wanted to give alittle history. Now everything is fixed and I hear a click in the rear end. It happens when I back out of my driveway and wihile backing I turn to either the left or the right. After I do this I then put it in drive and start pulling ahead and a little click/clunk type noise happens. If anyone has any ideas what the problem maybe I would appreciate your help. Thanks

Mine also makes the clunk noise/feel but i belive mine is in the front not the rear, although when taking off from a stop i can feel a little bit of slop being taken in. Ill have to check out that slip yolk, that didnt even occur to me

edit: **** wish i had looked at the date on this thing lmao
