Think i have wheel bearing problems

So i get a massive i mean super loud hum coming from my pass front tire once i hit 30+mph and sometimes going grawling slow itll act up for a second then stop, its truely crazy loud even over the turbo and tire noise and radio turned up.

Im assuming i need a new wheel bearing and needle bearings, i was just going to buy a hole hub assembly and swap the old one out for $230.

Do you guys think this is the cause? Newish to 5ton trucks so just want to clarify.

Thank you.

2004 6.0...studded,sinister coolant filter,updated turbo lines,oil cooler,fuel spring,egr delete, 6in lift, 37 military tires, looney'd and podded.

easy way to find out is lift up the front of the truck and try to spin that wheel. If it mimics what you hear on the road (obviously at a much lower speed) or if you have a lot of trouble moving it, replace the hub assembly. In my experience with these hubs, don't try generics..they seem to always fail for me. I'd bite the bullet and buy motorcraft..think they're like 400 if you have the ESOF/vacuum lockers.

edge cs, k&n, revx, warn lockers, rhino bars
future: coolant filter, headstuds, bluespring, 4" turboback, tires..dam these tires
