Unhappy HELP! Ringing Noise, Somewhere?

Okay so earlier this week I was driving to work and I had my front hubs locked, and at low speeds around 25-35 with light throttle I started to hear this high pitched ringing noise, and I pretty much decided that it was my hubs, so yesterday, I unlocked my hubs, today I started to hear it more, and I put my window down and it sounds even worse, even when I am coasting (no throttle) the noise is present from 50 down to about 25 I'd say. I really hope that it isn't anything major, because she only has 36900miles and just over 1000hrs, I'm really glad that I got the ext warranty through the dealer. But still, its bittersweet; I mean it kinds sounds like the squealers, but oddly enough as soon as I apply the brakes, the sound goes away. Now I'm not positive it is the front, it may be the back, but it sounds like its the front.
Please any and all PSD techs HELP me, give me any and all opinions and possibilites before I go to the dealer.
Thanks.

-James.

Does it just start to make the noise without applying the brakes? or is it after applying the brakes?

Happens w/o applying the brakes, sound goes away when I apply the brakes and then comes back as soon as I let up.
I'm surprised that I haven't gotten any more help yet, absolutely amazing.

Found the Problem

I brought my truck in today to my electrician to install a Bluetooth kit, and he told me that my passenger side rear wheel was smoking when he pulled my truck into his garage. He said the caliper is locked up, and the pads are just dragging on the rotor. I looked at the rotor and it seemed pretty chewed up. I've got no idea how this happened, but I told my dealer, and they said they'll take a look at it to figure out why it locked up.

Glad ya got it fingered out bro, yeah its funny how the source of sounds can really be tricky. Sounded like the front but ended up being the rear.

Dealer found the reason, the caliper is ****ed to one side, ordered a replacement, and going back in today, said they may have to replace the pads and rotor.
