Ball joints pop when hard turn left or right

Any one have this problem ,new ball joints just put in Monday ,but when you turn the wheel all the way hard left or right you get a pop pop sound. Any sugestions as to cause or solution.

Try having someone twist the steering wheel while standing next to the truck. If the pop is that bad, you sould see some movement somewhere.

If it is only when the truck is rolling, I would look at the axle shaft u-joints.
