Front End Clicks?

I have an 04 f250 4x4 w/ the 6.0. When i turn my truck to the right i can hear a clicking sound coming from the drivers side but only when im driving. Any sugesstions? Ive heard that it could be the spacers between the leaf springs. Could that be possible? Or mabey its the U-Joints...

Me Too...

I have a 01 7.3 that is doing the same thing. It only rattle/clicks when turning to the right and usually under acceleration. I would like to know what is going on! I have checked just about everything.

CV joint or you left your front hub locked... It could be the u joints, but it should be doing it regardless of which way you turned and would likely be doing it at a particular engine RPM. Any more information you can provide?

Have you engaged the 4 wheel drive lately?
Mine was doing the same thing after playing with the 4 wheel drive and I guess when I took it out of 4 wheel drive it did not disengage all the way and i heard the clicking when I turn. I just played with the 4 wheel drive again going forward and reverse multiple times the noise is gone now. Hope this helps..... Terry

Try turning both hubs from auto to manual and back to auto again and see if it goes away. It should unlock the hubs if that is a problem and see if it still makes the sound.
