wrong fld in front diff

I put the rear diff fld in the front diff fld....its synthetic so its a bit spendy and I"m not lookin forward to crackin open the cover again. But I was thinkin if its not gonna hurt nuttin, maybe Ill just leave it...What do u think.

The more I thought about this today the more I think u maybe right. To thin I think would be a issue but a lil too thick I think I might be otay

I wouldn't worry too much about it, for as much as the front diff is actually used it probably won't matter much.

80w-90 is specified for the dana 60 front axle. 75w-140 is what goes in the rear 10.5

Thanks for the reply. I had the correct fld sittin in the kitchen. Thats the bych of it...I was 99% asleep and all of the sudden it hit me, oh damn wrong stuff!

if it bothers ya so much take the plug off, get a turkey baster and siphon the fluid out lol, but sure your fine anyway
