not ford owner but pinion flange question, didn't mark parts

Hello

I have a 02 Gmc Sierra, 3500 SLE, 8.1, 4x4. I had a driveshaft come apart from the flange resulting in it bouncing and breaking lip of flange. I'm assuming from my own stupidity from not thread locking it. I removed it and ordered new one and in process of trying to find someone to fix/balance the driveshaft. Well in removing the flange I didnt' mark any parts, I got a new nut and seal with flange but im' assuming no new crush sleeve. After researching I found I should have marked it. Well actually I marked it(flange to the rear end lining up) but not the nut or counted threads.
Long story short, How do I put it back where it wont tear up my gears or such as I read it can if I dont install it correctly. Now mind you If I had the money to pay someone to do this I wouldnt have removed driveshaft/flange myself. I am handy with wrench, I replaced transmission/transfer myself so I know way around but never messed with pinion flange as they seem delicate.
I have a torque wrench, I also need specs if anyone has other specs other than ford.

Thanks much

Mike
