Power steering

So the other I started the truck to warm it up let it run for about 20 mins since it was -45f got in and started backing up and had no p/s. Got out and saw p/s fluid pissin out.

Fluid doesn't smell burnt and it looks like its leaking underneath the i/c on the driver side. So my question is where is the p/s oil cooler and what lines are down there that could have blown. Pics if possible thanks
