small thump, click, from rear 04 f350

04 f350 auto 4 door long lariat 6in 35at (looks tiny)

Had carrier bearing replaced (dry rotted rubber)

Now have inconsistent thump, click from ear every bow and then. I greased split shaft good and double checked my marking for drive line.

I was able to add some fluid to rear dif, and u joints looks fine. My carrier bearing is tiny off alignment from driveline but rubber lets it flex a little,

Had to floor it in reverse and made huge thump clunk sound i checked everything read about small thump beeing normal but the rear looks tight my oads are new and rotors 50% i just dont want to cause damage if its forshadow to serious problem im short on cash but handy with a wrench thanks guys
