Transfer Case Fill Plug
2006 6.0 F350 Dually. I just picked it up a week ago and I started to change all the fluids. I drained the transfer case. The fluid was definitely in need of a change. Anyway, I went to remove the fill plug (10MM hex) and the thing would not turn. I tried heat and still nothing. Here comes the problem... I hit it with an air wrench and zing... completely stipped the 10mm hex on the plug and now it's just a nice round hole... The plug didn't budge. Any thoughts out there?
