From 4x4 manual hub problem

Hi. I just recently got this truck 2003 f250 fx4 crew. This is actually my second 03. Anyways stupid me didn't check and make sure the lockouts and everything worked. Manual hubs are locked up cant turn with channel locks. And there was a squeaking noise before but now it's a grinding noise. Afraid to drive it till its fixed. Little to no money to fix it. Lockouts at auto zoo are 225 per side. And bearing prob needs replaced too. What's the process to disassemble and do I need special tools?

No special tools are needed. Did this to mine a month ago, I would take the hubs apart and grease them, before buying expensive new ones...
