Best place to find rotors and pads for '05 F250?
Was getting my AC recharged and tires rotated before 24 hours of driving last weekend and found out all 4 of my rotors need replacing and also new pads. Is there a good place to order these parts from at a decent price? Or is it better to just pick them up at a local auto parts store?
Do the rotors just slide off the studs once the wheel is off or are they made as part of a hub or other piece as a combo that has to be unbolted? |

On a SRW the rotors should just slide off. I have seen them corroded to the hub and sometimes take a tap with a hammer to break them free. You shouldn't have to get in there with a sledge and start beating though.
Also ive been ordering alot of parts from rock auto lately for the gf's focus. None of the local parts stores could come close to rock autos price. More often then not I can get a motorcraft part from rockauto for the same price if not cheaper then the offshore part from the local parts store. |

LOL. Thanks! I sure do love it. So much fun! I take it hunting, four wheeling and drive it to work every day. Put a lot of miles on it the last couple of months (girlfriend 600 miles away) but that's done now (she's home). I almost had it stuck the first week I owned it.

Mud Terrain. They were on it when I got it. I'm going to have to shop around before long, not sure how many more miles these have on them. Should last me the rest of the year so I better start saving now!!!
