Limited slip Problem

Only one wheel spins when I lose traction. I thought on a posi that both wheels spin. Correct me if i'm wrong.

That's not a problem, that's how it functions. The factory LS provides a little movement to the wheel with grip but the way Ford sets it up it is usually not enough. Try replacing the fluid and just adding enough additive to make it around a parking lot smoothly.

The clutches in the factory limited slip do not last very long! Mine was worn out after the first year or two.

You either need to have it rebuilt with new clutches, or a better option is to replace it with an aftermarket limited slip like a Detroit Trutrac.
